Gaze into a rockpool and find another world. A world full of contrasts; sea polished stones and crevice riven, rocks, slippery seaweed and  skin scraping barnacales, the clear calm water held still in the pool, a temporary sanctuary from the wild surf just a few metres away. A reminder to take time to yourself before the tide turns.
